My name is Ella. I’m the owner of CKC SALON and Keratin Bar.
Ella left her home country of Peru at just 19 years with dreams of building a career in the U.S. salon industry. Since then she’s been a creative force, climbing her way to senior stylist and earning master-level certifications in Wella and Brazilian keratin treatment. After opening two successful business in Fairfield and Stamford, she has now decided to open her third location in a town where her career started over 20 years ago: Darien CT. Ella has trained her full staff of master stylists/colorists to bring the same amazing experience that her ever growing clientele is used to.
Ella believes there no limit to talent and education.
My name is Karla. I’ve been a salon coordinator at CKC for over a year now! I’m proud to say I love working with the “Dream Team” because we treat each other like family. Aside from being the life of the party and quite literally the first face you see when you walk in. I enjoy greeting clients and accommodating their hair needs with our many talented stylists. I plan to make every client satisfied with their visit especially building their confidence to share that smile! My biggest skill is Patience (If I have rescheduled your appointment more than twice, yes I’m talking about you) All jokes aside, I take my job very seriously. Hi. My name is Alyssa.
I’ve been a hairdresser for 5 years! Since I can remember I’ve always been artsy and creative and working with hair allows me to express it along with making my clients look and feel amazing which is the most rewarding aspect of what I do! I have a master balayage age certification and love to do major transformations with cut and color and informing my clients on how to properly care for their hair at home with the right products. I look forward to seeing you in my chair and getting to know you!

Elianny has been in the hair industry for about 8 years.
She comes from a long line of hairdressers in her family including her mom. She Specializes in Color and Keratin Treatment. Elianny has worked with numerous color lines and is Balayage Master Certified. She is passionate about her job and loves making her clients feel Beautiful, Confident, and happy!
I’m a Stamford native born & raised here & I now raise my own family here. When I was younger I used to watch my father cut hair in his Barber Shop which is original to Stamford as well! In high school I knew what my passion was & what I wanted to do! I have been in the industry for over 20 years now & with that, I have been extremely blessed to learn from some of the best Artistic Hair Stylist around the globe since then! My passion is Cutting, Styling, Brazilian Blowout & Extensions. When my clients sit in my chair, your “hair” is my canvas now! Women want to feel & look sexy & they want to be able to create the same hairstyle at home that they get in salon. Which is Exactly what I do … When my clients sit in my chair they get exactly the look they want!
My name is Sierra and I have been in the industry for about 10 years!
I went to Riccis (now Toni and Guy) and graduated top of my class. I have been so lucky to have worked for New York Fashion week as well as done hair for social media for the Maury show and have worked with and traveled doing hair for Conair on numerous events! I am incredibly passionate about my work and I’m always in awe of where my career can take me. I love all aspects of doing hair, but my passion and what I specialize in is color (balayage and highlights) keratins and blowout. I love making clients feel beautiful In their own skin. After many years in the business, I am still loving to learn more of my profession. All my clientele know that I always make sure that their color work with their haircut. Hi my name is Lourdes Amado aka “Ludy” I’ve been a professional hair stylist for over 21 years. I started my career at Lanphier Day Spa where I specialized in Brazilian keratin treatments, and blow drys. At 24 years old I opened my own salon in Massachusetts where I specialized in ethnic hair. I took few years off but I’m excited to be back doing what I love in the town where everything started!
My name is Angelica Martinez. I’m currently working full time at CKC Salon Darien and Fairfield. I went to TIGI Academy and my passion for hair started 4 years ago. I believe I’m a true artist and I love everything to do with hair! Color…Cutting…Styling, I do it all! I’m super excited to grow and keep learning from my CKC family.
Hi there, my name is Alexa and I have been in the hair industry for almost 10 years now. I am a Stamford native and graduate from The Sono Academy. I worked at The Studio hair salon for almost 8 years before I ventured off to open my own salon, with my sister Briana, almost two years ago now. When it comes to my specialty I love doing all things from color and cuts to keratins and more. I am so excited to be back here now at CKC Salon full time and start a new chapter again!
